The goods remain the property of Agriwater Treatment Specialists (Pty) Ltd until paid in full and are sold subject to the Agriwater Component Warranty and Disclaimer.
Signing of this document confirms and acknowledges that the installation of above unit(s) has been successfully completed to operating and design specifications, and that a responsible person to inspect, operate and service the unit has been made fully aware of the needed procedures to do so. Except for the parts, as specified in the parts warranty, any repairs needed to the unit hereafter, will not be for the account of Agriwater.
All outstanding balances (if applicable) of the above referenced invoice are also now payable to Agriwater Treatment Specialists (Pty) Ltd.
